About the position

As an Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching new events associates while optimizing lead generation efforts to support the sales team. This role focuses on ensuring that lead generation and sales goals are met while adhering to approved budgets.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, mentor and inspire multiple employees, identifying challenges and developing solutions within each market.
• Develop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with business leadership, vendors, and customers.
• Lead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Submit all paperwork including receipts completely and accurately.
• Accurately track and communicate all activity to Executive Leadership and Marketing Operations.
• Interview potential candidates and consistently grow the team.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Professional demeanor.
• Lead setting experience.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Management or leadership experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Experience in Face to Face Marketing is a plus.
