As the Events Marketing Manager at Formlabs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the event marketing strategy for the North American region. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, organize, and execute a variety of events that not only generate new prospects but also advance existing opportunities, all while enhancing Formlabs' brand presence in the 3D printing industry. The events you manage will be crucial acquisition sources, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth. You will oversee approximately 40 events, ranging from small trade shows to larger industry conferences, ensuring that each event aligns with the company's marketing objectives and delivers measurable results. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership, as well as country marketing managers, to develop comprehensive event strategies that focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer advocacy. You will lead the planning and execution of trade shows, manage event logistics, and secure speaking opportunities at key industry events. Your ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and manage budgets will be essential to the success of the events you oversee. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating event staffing, training internal teams on effective communication and demonstrations, and ensuring that all event materials accurately reflect the Formlabs brand. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in event marketing, particularly in organizing and executing trade shows. You will be expected to demonstrate ROI through effective marketing strategies and tactics, building strong relationships with customers, partners, and prospects at each event. Your creativity, organizational skills, and data-driven approach will be key to driving marketing-influenced pipeline growth and generating marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) at events.
