About the position

The Event Sales Development Representative will be a critical driver of Filevine's event marketing and sales strategy, responsible for managing event logistics, prospect engagement, and supporting sales team objectives across trade shows, field marketing events, and industry conferences like LEX Summit.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with copywriter to develop and distribute event-specific communication templates for pre- and post-event outreach.
  • Assist in preparing pre- and post-event attendee lists alongside operations team to enrichment, import, and contact.
  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) in specific territories to identify and curate invite lists.
  • Own end-to-end event registration process for prospects.
  • Coordinate customer registrations in collaboration with AEs.
  • Manage registrations for key events including Reserve and City Summit.
  • Work closely with sales teams and Salesforce data to create targeted invite lists.
  • Prioritize and conduct outreach to high-value prospects and important customer segments.
  • Actively manage high-importance customer list for LEX registration.
  • Generate, nurture, and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.
  • Provide pre-sales support in conjunction with Sales Directors.
  • Effectively demonstrate Filevine solutions to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Accurately report sales activity and event outcomes through Salesforce CRM.
