About the position
Rapid Recovery is seeking a part-time RN IV Specialist to work every other weekend, providing IV therapy in a low-stress spa environment. The role involves being the primary nurse on duty, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction while delivering a high-quality experience. The position requires reliability and adherence to strict policies and procedures, as well as a friendly demeanor to enhance the patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer IV therapy to patients in a spa setting.
- Ensure medical safety and infection control during procedures.
- Provide excellent patient care and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
- Follow established policies and procedures without deviation.
- Manage patient flow and handle walk-ins effectively.
Requirements
- Valid RN License with no disciplinary actions.
- Experience in nursing, particularly with IV starts.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in a spa or similar low-acuity environment.
