About the position
The position involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various areas including employee and public restrooms, locker rooms, casino spaces, and offices. The role requires the use of proper cleaning techniques and chemicals to ensure a hygienic environment for both employees and guests. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing toilets and urinals, dusting and polishing surfaces, emptying trash, and reporting maintenance issues as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Clean Employee & Public Guest Restrooms and Locker Rooms, including swabbing toilets and urinals with proper chemicals.
- Clean stall dividers, doors, wall tiles, and polish towel/tissue dispensers and mirrors.
- Empty and clean ashtrays, wash basins, and vanity areas.
- Dust and wipe down chair/stool legs, tops, fronts, and sides of lockers.
- Dust air vents, grills, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.
- Sweep and mop floors, clean locker rooms, and pick up debris from floors and benches.
- Remove gum from floors and carpeted areas, vacuum carpeted areas, and wipe baseboards.
- Refill soap, toilet paper, toilet seat covers, paper towels, and other dispensing machines.
- Clean Casino & Public Spaces, including vacuuming carpeted areas and dusting/polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness in offices and public areas according to established standards and report maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a cleaning position preferred.
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
