About the position

The position at FTI involves developing and executing account management plans to drive value into key accounts. The role focuses on aligning current service offerings with client needs and collaborating with leaders to enhance future service offerings. Responsibilities

• Generate early involvement opportunities for Excellerate.
• Participate in developing effective client relations and delivery processes to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain awareness of client opportunities in the pipeline.
• Share knowledge of all Excellerate's capabilities with clients.
• Review and redline fabrication, manufacturing, and construction prints.
• Create and review BOM, identifying missing parts and information.
• Drive client success while meeting or exceeding FTI corporate goals.
• Coordinate and integrate effectively with all leaders.
• Monitor progress of awarded projects and successful initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate approachability and collaborate effectively with others.
• Manage relations with key customer contacts, meeting onsite as needed.
• Ensure effective employee relations.
• Maintain all relevant trade licenses and certifications.
• Provide customer service and answer questions for internal and external customers.
• Participate in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of Excellerate/Site experience preferred.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Inventor, or Revit preferred.
