About the position

The PreProduction Manager at Excellerate, a division of Faith Technologies, plays a crucial role in the design phase of various projects, ensuring successful project delivery through effective coordination between preconstruction and operations teams. This position is responsible for developing technical pricing and design solutions, managing project timelines, and maintaining communication with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs projects to ensure timely and profitable completion according to customer expectations.
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings to discuss project status and staffing.
• Processes miscellaneous paperwork related to project management.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with the Project Manager and VP Sales for accuracy.
• Coordinates design activities with consultants, subcontractor partners, and clients.
• Keeps project leadership informed about unresolved design issues and tracks design and cost changes during project development.
• Participates in meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of Faith Technologies Preconstruction Services.
• Acts as the single point of contact for the Project Manager regarding all preproduction activities.
• Guides project managers during the design phase to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of related experience in electrical contracting and MEP Coordination.
