The Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD) Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of futures and options trades. This position requires a meticulous approach to processing client instructions, amendments, and corrections, ensuring that all transactions are executed with precision and within tight deadlines. The analyst will work closely with various teams, including Execution Desks and Client Services, to address client queries and enhance operational efficiency. A strong understanding of ETD is essential, as the analyst will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in operational processes and contributing to risk management initiatives. In this role, the analyst will also assist in the development and automation of risk and performance metrics, which are vital for maintaining the integrity of trading operations. Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is expected, where the analyst will provide valuable feedback on key change programs. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced, high-volume environment typical of trading operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and will be adept at creating detailed presentations and process flow charts using Visio. A background in an Exchange or banking environment is preferred, along with a Bachelor’s Degree. The role is hybrid, allowing for flexibility after an initial in-office start, and is designed for individuals who thrive in collaborative settings and are committed to delivering high-quality results.
