The Cannabis Grow & Dispensary Assistant role offers a unique opportunity to work in a boutique cannabis grow and dispensary. This position is designed for individuals passionate about cannabis, providing hands-on experience in cultivation and customer service within a supportive environment. The role is seasonal or temporary, with potential for longer-term growth, and includes comfortable room and board along with a weekly stipend.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team on daily grow activities, from planting and nurturing to harvesting.
- Assist in the dispensary, providing friendly and knowledgeable service to customers.
- Help with facility upkeep, creating a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Learn the full spectrum of the cultivation process from experienced cannabis producers.
Requirements
