About the position

The Executive Account Director at LiveRamp is responsible for driving revenue retention and growth within existing accounts. This role involves strategic account management, fostering executive relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while exceeding revenue targets. The position requires a deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and the ability to deliver value realization for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on revenue retention and accelerating revenue within existing LiveRamp accounts.
  • Manage a list of existing accounts for value realization and account planning.
  • Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Act as a thought partner and strategic advisor to LiveRamp's largest brands.
  • Prepare and deliver client-facing and internal quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Conduct account planning sessions, renewals, and upsell negotiations.
  • Exceed quarterly revenue targets within a specified region or list of named accounts.
  • Generate pipeline to ensure healthy quarterly pipeline coverage.
  • Own the renewal, upsell, and downsell cycles, partnering with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate account forecasting within internal sales tools.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' Enterprise SaaS experience in a quota-carrying role or in account relationship management and growth.
  • Knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem and evolving regulatory laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).
  • Experience in preparing and delivering client-facing and internal QBRs.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
  • Ability to generate pipeline for healthy quarterly coverage.
  • Experience in managing renewal, upsell, and downsell cycles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Retail Media Network experience preferred but not required.
