The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Office of Financial Services (OFS). This role is crucial in providing professional administrative support to the Comptroller and the staff within the OFS. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the office. This includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. The position is hybrid, allowing for both in-office and remote work, with the frequency of in-office days subject to change based on the organization's business needs. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with various stakeholders. The candidate will also assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, manage office supplies, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed. Responsibilities

  • Provide professional administrative support to the Comptroller and staff in the Office of Financial Services.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two (2) years of professional-level job-related experience in an administration-related field.
