About the position

Nextant is seeking a motivated Executive Administrative Assistant 2 to join our client team in Bellevue, WA. This role is pivotal in providing high-level administrative support, which includes conducting research, managing information requests, and performing various clerical functions. The Executive Administrative Assistant acts as an information and communication manager for the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of general office duties. These include ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. You will prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other essential documents. Additionally, you will be tasked with filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports, as well as opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. You will also prepare responses to correspondence that contains routing inquiries, ensuring that all communication is handled promptly and professionally. This role requires a proactive individual who can keep information organized and confidential. While awareness of the gaming industry is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn and ask questions, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth. Strong organizational skills, particularly in travel booking and event planning, are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A degree is required to be eligible for this role.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience with Outlook.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience with Word and Excel.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience with PowerPoint.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Willingness to learn and ask questions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Awareness of the gaming industry is preferred, but not a requirement.
  • Experience in travel booking and event planning.
