About the position

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Chief Product Officer and two Chief Technology Officers at Geopaq Logic. This role involves managing calendars, organizing meetings, preparing travel arrangements, and facilitating communication between executives and stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days remote, and is contracted for three months.

Responsibilities

  • Support Chief Product Officer and two Chief Technology Officers.
  • Manage meeting planning and calendar management for executives.
  • Prepare expense reports and arrange travel, lodging, and visas.
  • Assist with logistics and planning for conferences and customer visits.
  • Coordinate with corporate facilities and events teams for customer interactions.
  • Track action items and deliverables related to customer feedback and management reports.
  • Serve as an extension of executives for email correspondence.
  • Prepare communications and send out email announcements to the team.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and prepare decks for meetings.
  • Create purchase requisitions and track purchase orders and payments with procurement and accounting teams.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and IT requests.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executive-level management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes related to business operations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of NCR systems (ERP, EDW, iExpense, Business Objects) is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
