About the position

The Executive Administrative Assistant position at Sintra Technologies is designed for an experienced professional who will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and investment bankers. This role involves managing complex schedules, arranging travel, and ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. The position is initially a contract role with the potential to become permanent after two months.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior-level executives and investment bankers.
  • Manage heavy calendar scheduling and logistics.
  • Screen calls and prepare high-quality emails for communication at all organizational levels.
  • Arrange travel services and manage expenses using Concur.
  • Coordinate visitor registration and access.
  • Work collaboratively with the administrative assistants team to provide backup coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in an executive administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and word processing.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience in banking, investment, or financial sectors.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Concur for travel and expense management.
