About the position

The Executive Administrative Assistant at Redpath & Company plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the Advisory Services team by providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support. This position is designed for an experienced professional who can manage multiple priorities, assist with business development activities, and ensure smooth operations within the team. Responsibilities

  • Enhance Advisory leaders' effectiveness by providing administrative and coordination support
  • Plan, execute, and assist with hosting business development, marketing, entertaining, and team events
  • Organize, coordinate, manage travel logistics, and prepare Advisory leaders for offsite prospect and client meetings
  • Research client prospects and opportunities
  • Maintain business development pipeline and activity tracking
  • Assist with new client acceptance and set-up procedures, engagement letters, client reviews, and billing
  • Prepare weekly and monthly scorecard reporting packages for the Advisory Services Practice
  • Assist with preparation of Advisory calendar, project scheduling, expense management, and time entry
  • Actively participate as a team member and manage accountability of the team
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Assist with other company functions/support as requested

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience (in a professional services firm preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated success supporting multiple team members and managing numerous priorities
  • Proactive approach to anticipate and preempt potential problems
  • Initiative and resourcefulness to accomplish work with little supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong keyboard skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including intermediate proficiency with Excel
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of tasks, and work flexible hours to meet deadlines
