About the position

The Leadership Team Executive Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting a Leadership Team Member and providing extensive board-level support. This position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle complex tasks that are often confidential and time-sensitive. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including answering phones, preparing and editing correspondence, and maintaining reports or files. The role demands proactive problem-solving skills, as the assistant will need to provide information and resolve issues where multiple non-standard solutions are available. In addition to administrative tasks, the Executive Administrative Assistant will coordinate meetings, gather data, and consolidate reports. The position may also involve completing special projects, budgeting, and variance reporting. The assistant will be expected to organize and direct workflow effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role is essential for the smooth operation of the Leadership Team, and the assistant will perform other duties as assigned to support the team’s objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supports a Leadership Team Member and provides extensive board-level support.
  • Performs a wide range of complex duties to assist the Leadership Team.
  • Answers telephone calls and manages correspondence that is confidential and time-sensitive.
  • Maintains and establishes reports or files for the Leadership Team.
  • Proactively provides information and resolves problems with multiple non-standard solutions.
  • Schedules, coordinates, and makes arrangements for meetings.
  • Gathers data, types, and consolidates reports as needed.
  • Completes special projects and performs tasks such as budgeting and variance reporting.
  • Organizes and directs workflow to ensure efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related experience in an administrative support role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
