The Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager at Yard Sentry Landscape Lighting is a part-time, in-office role focused on providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the company. This position involves handling communications, maintaining office organization, and supporting various projects while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain contact with technicians throughout the day
  • Notify clients via email and phone of upcoming service
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Serve as point of contact between executive and internal/external contacts
  • Prepare correspondence, emails and other communication
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Pack and send warranty returns
  • Clean and organize the office

Requirements

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative/Office Assistance
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office/scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • CRM experience a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
