About the position

The Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager at Radiant Company is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to executives and managing office operations. This role involves a variety of tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparation of presentations and meetings. The position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI, to effectively manage multiple tasks and support the executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative support duties for executives and departments, including calendar maintenance and scheduling.
  • Manage phone responsibilities and greet visitors.
  • Arrange travel and prepare expense reports.
  • Prepare presentations and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist in budget preparation and reporting, as well as recordkeeping.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, managers, staff, customers, and visitors.
  • Research and compile complex information for meetings and special projects.
  • Draft responses to correspondence and prepare reports as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 4+ years of personal assistant or executive assistant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

  • Experience with Concur for booking travel and managing expense reports.
  • Collaboration skills and the ability to work in a matrix management environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay of $26.42.
  • Contract position with expected hours of 40 per week.
