About the position

The Executive Assistant (Office of CEO) at Jacksons Food Stores, Inc. provides comprehensive support to the CEO, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, organized, and efficient administrative support to the CEO.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute board meeting agendas and materials, and take accurate meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate ordering food and supplies as needed.
  • Organize the Executive's work life and provide personal administrative support.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar using Outlook and make travel arrangements.
  • Screen and handle telephone communications, greet and direct visitors.
  • Maintain accurate files and records, including meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate property management responsibilities, including cleaning and maintenance scheduling.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a salary of $65,000 a year.
