About the position

Located in Chelmsford, MA, Anstiss & Co., P.C. is a fast-paced, growing public accounting firm with a culture of teamwork and geniality. We are seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the Managing Partner in various administrative tasks. Previous experience working at a public accounting firm is a plus but not a requirement. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills. The ability to work independently and multi-task to meet deadlines is essential. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required for this position. Specific responsibilities include managing appointments, phone calls, and meetings for the Managing Partner, as well as managing monthly filing due dates. The Executive Assistant will assist with drafting letters and managing schedule change requests via staff capacity planning software (ProStaff), coordinating senior managers' scheduling meetings, and providing back-up for other Administrative Team members.
