About the position

The Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer by managing administrative and technical duties. This position requires a professional candidate who can efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Answer and manage phone systems, ensuring all calls are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in front desk operations or as a personal assistant is preferred.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
