This full-time position involves a variety of administrative duties that are critical for ensuring smooth operations within the company. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with FDA registration, certifications, and state bidding processes is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
