High Point Partial Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team and ensure the smooth operation of our transportation department. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our transportation services, which are essential for our clients' access to mental health and addiction treatment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating a strong commitment to the population we serve. In this position, you will collaborate closely with clinical and outreach staff to ensure that all clients are transported as scheduled. This involves utilizing tools such as Excel and Outlook to coordinate transportation logistics effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining van mileage and expense records, coordinating regular van maintenance and cleaning, and managing any emergency repairs that may arise. Participation in monthly meetings is required, where you will transcribe minutes to keep all team members informed. Additionally, you may be called upon to fill in as an alternate driver when necessary, ensuring that our transportation services remain uninterrupted. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. You will need to possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders, including clients and staff. A thorough knowledge of the roadways in New Jersey is essential, as is proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
