As an Executive Administrative Assistant at TJX Companies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Vice President (EVP) by providing comprehensive administrative assistance. Your responsibilities will include managing the EVP's calendar, coordinating meetings with both internal and external global contacts, and ensuring that the EVP is kept informed of all appointments. You will be tasked with arranging ad hoc off-site meetings, which will involve making all necessary arrangements such as venue booking, catering, and ensuring that all technological and hospitality needs are met. In addition to calendar management, you will be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of domestic and international travel for the EVP, ensuring that itineraries are well-organized and that all travel requirements are met. You will also provide proactive financial administrative support, which includes managing the departmental budget, tracking expenses related to the EVP, and raising purchase orders in Oracle as needed. Your role will require you to anticipate and resolve any queries the EVP may have regarding Oracle submissions, including purchase orders, invoices, and expenses submitted by the leadership team. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will partner with the Corporate Marketing administrative support team to prioritize access to the EVP for the leadership team, ensuring that workload requirements and deadlines are met. You will oversee and monitor various administrative projects, completing special assignments as needed, and provide backup support and functional guidance to the global Marketing administrative community. Additionally, you will manage all logistical needs for Marketing team training, conferences, and town halls, ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently.
