This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to our owners, staff, and Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our office's general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and Spanish, bringing strong customer service and interpersonal skills to the position. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily office needs, assisting with financial matters, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders. In this role, you will handle ongoing financial matters, including understanding and processing daily invoices and financial statements. You will work closely with owners and our accounting firm to resolve any statement issues that may arise. Your proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, Outlook, Access Database, and PowerPoint, will be crucial in performing your duties effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. The position requires a proactive approach to administrative tasks, with a focus on quality customer service. Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative or office assistant.
  • Experience in understanding and dealing with ongoing financial matters.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook, Access Database, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with office equipment and technology.

Nice-to-haves

  • Additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Property Management Support.
