About the position

As an Executive Administrative Assistant at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior leaders of the Global Brand, Marketing, and Communications leadership team. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage a wide range of administrative tasks while also participating in various projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing, proofreading, verifying, and crafting information for reports, as well as composing correspondence that includes PowerPoint slides, handouts, and presentations. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely compilation of information and report/slide preparation for prompt distribution of necessary information. In addition to these tasks, you will assist with the onboarding of new hires, managing the purchasing of computer equipment, phones, supplies, and more. You will also organize facility requests, equipment, food, and refreshments for meetings. Your role will involve planning and coordinating both on-site and off-site meetings, which includes scheduling locations, creating and sending meeting invites, greeting attendees and visitors, making necessary meal arrangements, and documenting and publishing meeting minutes as requested. Supporting the senior leadership team members with travel arrangements, calendar management, and meeting cadences will also be part of your responsibilities. Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential to support the objectives of the Global Brand, Marketing, and Communications team on behalf of senior leadership. You will be a vital member of a team providing administrative support to the senior leadership of Global Brand, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, proof, verify and craft information for reports and compose correspondence including PowerPoint slides, hand-outs, and presentations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience providing administrative support to C Suite leaders
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Combination of Military, Education, and Equivalent work experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
