Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining both physical and digital files and records, offering exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Your role will also involve proofreading and editing internal documents and presentations, performing general administrative tasks such as answering phones and handling mail, and developing organizational systems to enhance efficiency. Confidentiality is paramount, and you will be expected to handle sensitive information with discretion. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate projects and events, ensuring timely completion and flawless execution.
  • Utilize Google Suite tools to manage documents, emails, file storage and distribution.
  • Manage and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize Outlook Calendar to schedule and manage appointments and events.
  • Provide proofreading and editing services for internal documents and presentations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages.
  • Develop and maintain organizational systems and processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in project coordination, including planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools, Word, email functions.
  • Expertise in Outlook Calendar management and coordination.
