The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the HR & Training Department of STS Industrial, Inc., an industrial supply company. The role is primarily supportive, assisting the department leader rather than making decisions independently. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in graphic design, as the position involves creating visual content for marketing, training, and other business-related processes. A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work will be required during the application process. In addition to graphic design skills, the candidate should have experience in moderate project management, with a detailed explanation of their most recent project required. The role also necessitates proficiency in Microsoft Office software, as candidates will be assessed on their skills in this area. Organizing a complex directory and folder file structure is another key responsibility, ensuring that all documents and files are easily accessible and well-maintained. Compensation for this position ranges from $22 to $23 per hour, depending on experience. The company offers a quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program, which is based on individual, team, and company performance over a three-month period. This bonus can vary, with potential earnings of more or less than $770 per quarter.
