Responsibilities

  • Maintain electronic and paper files for the company and physicians.
  • Perform various office support duties as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments with equipment vendors.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong employment track record.
