  • Orders office supplies and creates expense reports as necessary.
  • Organizes site events with support from others.
  • Maintains email distribution lists and tracks responses to communications.
  • Runs errands off-site as necessary, requiring a personal vehicle.
  • Escalates printer issues to Xerox and manages these effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
