In this role, you will provide administrative support to Senior Leaders from the North America Consumer Brands BU in Innovations & Design and Ecommerce Accelerator. This is a dynamic environment, and you must demonstrate high levels of discretion, communication skills, organization, initiative, autonomy, and decisiveness, while remaining flexible and engaged under pressure. You will be a key member of our Marketing organization, supporting team building & culture formation activities and partnering with the Senior Leaders and their teams to accomplish shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders from the North America Consumer Brands BU in Innovations & Design and Ecommerce Accelerator.
  • Demonstrate high levels of discretion, communication skills, organization, initiative, autonomy, and decisiveness.
  • Support team building & culture formation activities within the Marketing organization.
  • Handle detailed meeting schedules with internal and external parties at multiple SCJ campuses, as well as external venues.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, including coordinating travel visas as needed.
  • Exercise extreme confidentiality in handling highly sensitive topics or projects.
  • Multi-task with several competing priorities and remain flexible under pressure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with strong time-management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Teams meetings, Roundtable technology, and video conferencing.
  • Experience with Concur preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in communication.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
