Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive directors.
  • Organize and manage executive communications for easy access to important information.
  • Tackle clerical tasks such as filing, generating reports, and creating presentations.
  • Set up meetings and reorder office supplies as needed.
  • Greet visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries.
  • Screen incoming phone calls and route them to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain the company calendar and make travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and train other administrative staff on company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of office administration education or comparable work experience.
  • Experience with business and invoicing systems.
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
  • Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
