About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our growing real estate team. This part-time role is essential for streamlining operations, managing communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities within the team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent time-management skills, and have a passion for real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle communication with clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly
  • Prepare and edit documents, contracts, and presentations
  • Coordinate and manage real estate transactions and processes from start to finish
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and client outreach
  • Maintain and organize files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents
  • Perform light project management duties as needed
  • Handle other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with real estate software/tools is a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
