Under limited supervision, the Executive Assistant enhances the effectiveness of the executive by providing comprehensive information management support and representing the executive to others. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the executive's time is conserved and that all communications and schedules are managed efficiently. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, and collecting and analyzing information. Additionally, the role involves initiating telecommunications and maintaining the executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant will also be tasked with researching and preparing confidential and sensitive documents, ensuring customer confidence by keeping information confidential. This position requires the individual to represent the executive by attending meetings in their absence and speaking on their behalf. Furthermore, the Executive Assistant will assist in the preparation of presentations and reports, acting as a liaison with both internal and external associates for the executive. The role also includes typing and designing general correspondences, including memos, charts, and graphs, and contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
