About the position

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to Executive Leaders within the Enterprise Complaints and Customer Experience and Global Collections, Recovery and Operational Solutions Organizations. This role requires exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively use computer and company software programs with strong emphasis on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Concur for T&E.
  • Plan and create meetings, managing busy and complex calendars including frequent calendar shifts and scheduling meetings such as 1:1s, roundtables, and townhalls.
  • Arrange complex travel plans and events, prepare/reconcile T&E and Purchase Card reports, and coordinate all travel/meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate activities, trainings, and meetings, planning for on-site and off-site events, including submitting and tracking SYF Star Awards and/or Grubhub.
  • Assist with email communications and organizational announcements in partnership with designated points of contact.
  • Manage email distribution lists, purchase order processing, invoices, and vendor-related matters.
  • Track team birthdays, anniversaries, and other organizational milestones.
  • Create presentation and proposal packages with some graphical content as needed.
  • Ensure documents are posted accurately and timely in preparation for meetings/conference calls.
  • Attend staff/team meetings as required and perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in an executive and/or administrative role, specifically supporting senior leaders.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience working within the Financial Services Industry is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to accept responsibility and handle confidential information.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and passion for excellence.
  • Demonstrative initiative, ability to work independently, and must be a team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate range of $24.00 - $33.50/hr USD.
  • Eligibility for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
