This position will be responsible for the administrative support for the leader of our Personal Banking Administration group assisting with significant event coordination and related activities. This individual will respond to a dynamic range of business initiatives along with supporting internal and external resources. Additionally, the candidate will assist with various projects, reporting, internal communication, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant executive admin experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff and management professionally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative and desire to learn new skills quickly.
  • Solid written communication skills and excellent organizational/planning skills.
  • High standards of courtesy, performance, and respect for confidentiality.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and establish priorities.
  • Independent judgment for decision making, problem solving, and priority setting.

Nice-to-haves

  • College degree is preferred.
  • Banking experience is preferred.
