About the position

The Executive Administrative Assistant role is crucial for supporting a growing bookkeeping company by ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage owner's calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication with clients.
  • Organize files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy access to important documents.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online for basic invoicing.
  • Provide clerical support including data entry, document preparation, and office organization.

Requirements

  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar and Teams for scheduling purposes.
  • Excellent phone etiquette is essential.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A background in event planning or coordination is advantageous.
