The Executive Assistant (EA) will be working closely with the Company's founder and small executive team in helping run all aspects of the Company. The EA also provides administrative support for the Company. This position must maintain a prompt schedule, a polite professional demeanor, and provide excellent client service in accordance with our client's standards. The EA will be an “outside the box” thinker and problem solver, will work well in both team setting and independently. He/she will be persistent in following up with staff and third parties to generate a culture of excellence and responsiveness. This individual is upbeat, considers her/himself to be a perfectionist, computer savvy, and welcome constructive criticism as a tool for growth.
