About The Position

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Comcast Business Northeast Division and her team. This role is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of senior leaders by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and handling confidential communications. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining discretion while managing a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex team calendars and serve as a key liaison for scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Manage comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, creating detailed itineraries and providing real-time support during travel.
  • Prepare and submit timely expense reports for leaders in the department.
  • Attend meetings to take minutes, track action items, and support conference calls and video conferencing.
  • Address basic IT issues, such as printer and computer problems, submitting tickets and following through with IT until resolution.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships across the organization through exceptional customer service skills.
  • Maintain a professional and tactful demeanor in all interactions, facilitating effective communication through various channels including phone calls, emails, and memos.
  • Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and organizational charts using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Organize employee communications and coordinate video messages with the media team.
  • Assist the SVP and assigned VPs in managing their schedules effectively.
  • Plan and execute meetings and events such as offsite leadership meetings and All Hands gatherings, including agenda preparation, resource coordination, and catering arrangements.
