About the position

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our therapist in a diverse and energetic environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the therapist in their daily activities. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the therapist's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing necessary documentation for billing and insurance purposes. Additionally, the assistant will prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring that all materials are accurate and professionally presented. In this position, you will also assist with event planning and coordination, which may include organizing meetings, workshops, or other professional gatherings. Handling sensitive information with confidentiality is paramount, as you will be privy to private client information and business operations. General office duties such as filing, data entry, and front desk reception will also be part of your responsibilities. You will support project coordination and manage deadlines effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.   • Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Experience in event planning or project coordination is advantageous
