About the position

The Executive Administrator is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive fundraising program for the San Luis Coastal Unified School District. This role focuses on financial reconciliation, budget management, and fostering relationships with corporate and foundation partners, as well as managing major gifts, endowments, capital campaigns, and alumni relations. The position is integral to ensuring the foundation meets its key initiatives and reports directly to the Executive Director of the Education Foundation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive fundraising program.
  • Manage financial reconciliation and budget oversight.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and foundation partners.
  • Oversee major gifts and endowment initiatives.
  • Lead capital campaigns and alumni relations efforts.
  • Exercise functional and technical supervision over clerical staff and substitute employees.

Requirements

  • Copy of Transcript or a note explaining relevant job experience.
  • Letter of Introduction.
  • At least one signed letter of recommendation from a professional reference.
  • Resume including dates worked at each location.
