About the position

The Executive & Operations Assistant at Silverbelly Spirits LLC plays a crucial role in promoting and growing the Silverbelly Whiskey brand. This position involves a blend of operational support, event planning, and executive assistance, aimed at establishing Silverbelly Whiskey as a nationally recognized brand. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess a strong affinity for '90s country music, and be goal-driven, team-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the KPI Master Tracker, including Google Sheet data entry, handling Purchase Orders (POs) & Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Provide supply chain support in collaboration with distillery partners
  • Oversee merchandise, sample fulfillment, and shipping processes
  • Organize and execute monthly communications with suppliers, partners, distributors, and investors
  • Maintain and coordinate the tasting schedule, including reporting
  • Assist with Tier A & B events (concerts, festivals, dinners, and brand events)
  • Prepare for all Tier A, B, and C events with brand and sales representatives
  • Facilitate monthly communication with suppliers, partners, distributors, and investors to strengthen brand relationships
  • Execute and fulfill influencer, PR, and press opportunities
  • Support and execute wedding and hospitality programs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives
  • Serve as a lead people/empathy manager, fostering a supportive work environment
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
  • Assist with charitable organization coordination and activities
  • Focus on health and wellness initiatives
  • Undertake other tasks as requested
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in operations and executive support roles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is preferred
  • Intense interest in building brands from the ground up
