About the position

The Executive and Personal Assistant to the CEO at Sureify plays a crucial role in supporting the CEO by managing both personal and professional tasks. This position is designed for a proactive and organized individual who can navigate a fast-paced environment, ensuring the CEO's daily activities are executed seamlessly. The assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary assistant and daily manager for the CEO, handling all business and personal matters.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups with the CEO to align on goals and tasks for the day.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO for note-taking, project planning, and managing to-do lists.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Liaise with the executive team to align projects, agendas, and calendars.
  • Organize and manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing meetings and appointments.
  • Manage the CEO's email and communication tools, screening and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights and accommodations.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including research and data analysis.
  • Proofread and edit documents, maintaining organized and confidential records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Presentations).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Project management experience preferred.
