Our client, a leading healthcare nonprofit, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their Executive Office. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for delivering comprehensive executive support, which includes managing complex calendars, coordinating meeting logistics, and developing and overseeing project timelines and activities. Additionally, the role involves handling expense reports, invoices, and managing business travel arrangements. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of executive support experience in the biotech or pharma industry.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $33-$38, based on experience.
  • Initial 3-month temporary assignment with potential to transition into a permanent role.
  • Potential permanent salary: $85K-$87K.
  • Hybrid work schedule: 3 days per week onsite in Washington, DC.
