About the position

Kiliuda Consulting, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to designated executives within a federal government client in Washington, DC. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and requires a proactive approach to managing various administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and editing of responses to Department of State (DOS) Taskers, conducting research on assigned topics, and preparing special reports and findings that are critical for decision-making processes. In addition to these responsibilities, the Executive Assistant will screen and distribute materials to appropriate staff, assign taskers, and review cables to ensure that all communications are handled efficiently. The role also involves editing trend analyses, threat analyses, and impact studies, which are essential for formulating policies and standards. The Executive Assistant will manage assigned schedules, prepare for travel, provide meeting support, and handle timekeeping duties. Furthermore, the position includes responsibilities such as passport and visa processing, document management, and database services. The Executive Assistant will also serve as an administrative backup to the ST Front Office when needed, showcasing the versatility and importance of this role within the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of an associate's and/or bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a focus in management or business administration
  • Four years of experience in any of these disciplines will be considered in lieu of the degree requirements
  • Possess strong customer relations experience and experience working/interacting with senior management
  • Possess a solid working knowledge of TATEL; DS WEB Tasker; Travel Manager 8.0/E2 Solutions, and Office Suite 2007 (i.e., Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
