As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that are essential for the effective functioning of our executive team. Your duties will include managing and maintaining executive schedules, which encompasses organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. You will also prepare and edit various forms of correspondence, communications, presentations, and other important documents. Coordination of meetings will be a key part of your role, which includes preparing agendas and taking minutes to ensure all discussions are documented accurately. In addition to these responsibilities, you will handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. You may also assist with special projects and initiatives as they arise, acting as a liaison between executives and other staff members to facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently while also being a team player, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
