About the position

KPMG is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their Administrative Services team in Las Vegas. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating communication, organizing office logistics, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a broad scope of administrative services including arranging travel and managing dining reservations.
  • Support client billing and engagement setup, perform client and industry research, and draft communications and presentations.
  • Coordinate on-site office operations such as facilities management and supply inventory management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding requestors' priorities and projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot day-to-day challenges and participate in team meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of recent administrative experience or customer service/hospitality experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; coursework from an accredited college preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Solid analytical and research skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in the catering or events industry.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and make independent decisions.
