About the position

Gameday Men's Health is the Man Cave for Men's Health, founded in Southern California, and is the fastest growing network of men's clinics with both corporate and franchise locations open nationally. Gameday is an innovative men's health center specializing in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, weight management, and PRP. The clinic was created to provide men with a world-class experience to feel their best, set in a man-cave environment complete with flat screen TVs, leather chairs, hardwood floors, and sports memorabilia. Gameday is revolutionizing the way men receive effective treatment, with an in-house lab that allows for quick patient testing, including testosterone levels that can be returned in just 15 minutes. We are excited to welcome an Executive Assistant/Assistant GM to our growing team. This is an amazing opportunity to be the right-hand person to the owner and current acting GM of three Gameday Men's Health locations in North OC. This rapidly growing venture will allow the selected candidate to assist in the day-to-day operations of the clinics, with the potential for the role to expand to include personal assistant duties. The position carries significant weight as the integrator in the organization, with opportunities for growth into the GM role.

Responsibilities

  • Intake of new leads in the CRM (texting and calling prospective patients as they respond to ads, social media posts, and inquiries by phone)
  • HR, AP, and Payroll management
  • Recruiting (job postings, ensuring application completeness, screening applicants)
  • Managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook)
  • Ground marketing and business development (events, tables, B2B partnerships, referrals)
  • Reporting (using Excel and Google Docs)
  • Calendar management

Requirements

  • Two years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Assistant GM experience working with a high-performing executive
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Outgoing and personable demeanor
  • Highly flexible with strong attention to detail when required
  • Ability to work hard while also enjoying the work environment
