About the position

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an associate's degree. A minimum of three years of experience in a professional administrative role is required, with ten years preferred. The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the capacity to work with confidential information. Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications is essential, as is the ability to be self-directed and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The role may require travel throughout and between facilities, adding to the dynamic nature of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the department through general clerical and receptionist duties.

Requirements
