The Executive Assistant (EA) at the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Foundation (TRPLF) plays a crucial role in supporting the Executive Director by managing communications and operations across various departments. Responsibilities

  • Acting as the point of contact for the Executive Director, providing administrative support and coordination.
  • Managing the Executive Director's calendar and organizing meetings efficiently.
  • Preparing and processing expense reports.
  • Arranging travel accommodations and itineraries.
  • Facilitating communication between departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supporting special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.
